Kabukiza

Kabuki is a traditional form of Japanese theater that began in the Edo period. The unique, all male art form was selected by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage in 2005. The famous Kabukiza in Ginza will undergo major renovations and reopen as a brand new Kabuki theater in 2013.
