Chabara Aki-Oka Marché CHABARA AKI-OKA MARCHE

8-2 Kanda Neribeicho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo

Artisanal food products from around Japan

Located under the elevated tracks between JR Akihabara and Okachimachi stations, Chabara Aki-Oka Marché is a popular addition to the 2k540 Aki-Oka Artisan collective of independent craft stores which opened in 2010.

The indoor market, intended to exhibit the best of Japan’s diverse food culture, is a great place to pick up quintessential Japanese condiments and seasonings, sourced from all corners of the country. It also hosts a café and shojin ryori restaurant serving tasty vegetarian cuisine similar to what is served in Buddhist temples in Japan.
