Marunouchi oazo: a relaxing oasis in the middle of the city

Marunouchi oazo gets its name from the Esperanto word for oasis. It was designed as an "oasis of the mind" for people seeking respite from the busy business districts nearby. It faces the right-hand side of Tokyo Station's Marunouchi North Exit.

Marunouchi oazo includes four interconnected buildings, two of which have 29 floors above ground and four floors under. It has various public spaces where you can relax, as well as restaurants, coffee shops, a hotel, and numerous shops including the giant Maruzen Bookstore.
