Tachikawa Manga Park (A Certain Scientific Railgun) 立川まんがぱーく（とあるシリーズ自動販売機）

A vending machine wrapped with Kazari Uiharu and Ruiko Saten, two major characters of the TV animation, "A Certain Scientific Railgun," is located at the park. This vending machine offers coconut & pineapple cider, a limited-offer softdrink made by Tachikawa City.

This facility houses about 40,000 mangas. It is also attractive because visitors can enjoy reading mangas in its comfortable atmosphere. All mangas here, from old editions to recent issues, are available to read. There are also picture books, making it a great place for families with small children.
