Zenpukuji Pond is the source of the Zenpukuji River that winds through the middle of Suginami City. Two parks are situated along the river: Zenpukujigawa Green Park (upstream) and Wadabori Park (downstream).

Opened: August 1, 1964
Area: 184,318.44 m2 (some areas are state-owned property provided under gratuitous loan)
Trees: Tall trees: 4,800, shrubs: 12,000 m2, grass: 3,600 m2
Main plants: Japanese pagoda tree, Japanese zelkova, cherry, trident maple, orange osmanthus, tulip tree, camphor, metasequoia
Facilities: Baseball field, small baseball field, tennis courts

Access

By train:15 minutes by foot from Nishi-eifuku Station or Hamada-yama Station on the Keio Inokashira Line

By bus:- Take the Kanto Bus (JR Nakano Station -> Kichijoji Station) and get off at the Zempukujigawa-ryokuchi-koen-mae, Suginami-dainisho-mae, or Itsukaichi-kaido-eigyosho stop
- Take the Sugimaru Bus (Asagaya -> Hamadayama) and get off at entrance to the Jidokotsu-koen stop
