The back streets of Kagurazaka come alive during the Kagurazaka Matsuri, a summer festival that revives the lively ambience of old Tokyo.

In and around Bishamonten Zenkokuji Temple, you'll find a market selling hozuki (Japanese lantern plant). Additionally, to top off your summer evening, local cafes and restaurants set up stalls for this event.
