It represents a confederation of three promotion organizations, namely the Togoshi Ginza Shoeikai Shotengai, the Togoshi Ginza Shotengai, and the Togoshi Ginza Roku Shotengai.

The allure of the Togoshi Ginza Shopping District can be attributed the area's energetic shop owners, who have come up with distinctive Togoshi Ginza brands for the district and developed several hit products.
