A colorful and musical limestone cave
As the largest cave in the Kanto region, Nippara Limestone Caves attract a lot of tourists each year. The cave is at a constant temperature of 11 degrees throughout the year, making the environment cool in summer and warm in winter.
The icicles and stalagmites took hundreds of years to form. A 800-meter walk in the cave will bring you through a white Bodhisattva statue, interestingly-shaped rocks, and limestone that is at times illuminated with colorful lights. Recently, you can even walk around the cave with relaxing music.
