This facility is operated by Everlasting Nature of Asia. It surveys humpback whales, and also breeds, surveys, and protects sea turtles. Visitors can observe the turtles being raised at the center’s exhibition building (only open when the Ogasawaramaru is in port). Programs regarding sea turtles are also held throughout the year for groups and individuals, and the center is searching for volunteers to assist in raising and surveying these animals.
