Hinotonton Zoo aims to nurture a love for nature by introducing kids to different animals.
The zoo is a manageable size and can be visited in a couple of hours. Kids will enjoy a playground area that includes an original steam train engine. Most of all, they'll enjoy the petting zoo, where they can touch guinea pigs and other animals. Bring food or buy lunch nearby, because picnics here are especially lovely during cherry blossom season.
