Four levels of hands-on fun and scientific discovery

Located in Kitanomaru Park in Chiyoda City, just a short walk from Takebashi Station, you'll find the Science Museum. With four levels of hands-on exhibits, you can easily spend a few hours of scientific discovery here. The museum's displays cover all facets of science and technology, from bicycle technology to construction and energy.

While many of the displays are in Japanese, there are also exhibition rooms featuring displays with English captions and English-language guides. At the end of your visit, be sure to pop by the museum's gift store, which stocks a wide range of novel scientific gifts and souvenirs, including dried space food. There's also a cafe on the basement floor, but check the schedule as it sometimes closes on irregular days.
