Haneda Airport is home to destinations for enjoying aircraft even for visitors who don’t actually board one. Observe airplanes up close in a factory tour, get a taste of your dream first-class cabin in a hotel, and “experience” flights on the ground.

JAL Sky Museum

JAL offers observation tours of its maintenance center located a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Monorail Shin-Seibijo Station. Visitors are invited into the hangar to see maintenance work performed up close, the exhibition area to observe a real cockpit, and a classroom to learn how airplanes fly. The entire tour takes about 100 minutes.

First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1

The compact hotel is inspired by the stylish airplane cabin. There are two room types: First Class Cabin fitted with a comfortable semi-double bed, and Business Class Cabin condensing all necessities into a compact space. Rooms are available not only overnight but also by the hour for the convenience of passengers.

Blue Sky Airline Shop 1, Shop 2

The stores run by JALUX carry brand confectionery from the Tokyo area plus a variety of aircraft-related merchandise, like game software created in cooperation with JAL and model airplanes. From JAL in-flight snacks to Udon de Sky instant noodles, flavors normally reserved for flights make unique souvenirs.
